GaryS
I'm trying to remove the battery from the Ninebot Z10, but it is really jammed in. I've tried holding it sideways and shaking, bumping it on its side, but nothing seems to make it come out at all. Has anyone had any experience doing this? Can you use pliers on the plastic fins on either side of the battery to pull it out, or do you think they will snap? Thanks for any help!
fbhb
Forum member @houseofjob made this YouTube video showing his teardown of the Z10, including removal of the battery. He stated that it needs to be removed by wedging it out slowly, using it's own weight to help the process.
Ju Reader
Hi I've just removed my battery and there is a bolt hidden under a white circular sticker at 12:00 as you look at your picture once removed slowly tip the z10 over and the weight of the battery will slde right out but keep one hand on the battery as its sliding out.
