LanghamP
The vast majority of the time I wear no helmet with my EUCs. Then, an urban bicycle helmet. Then, a full-faced motorcycle helmet. Then, a skate helmet if I'm just practicing. I believe the normal bicycle helmet is quite dangerous because it provides just awful coverage. Girth Brooks
Just watch various EUC crash videos and the choice of which helmet to wear is a clear, obvious choice. I don't give a shit who is scared of, put off by, or laughing at the gear I'm wearing. I love my face intact and unharmed. The one big crash I've had only reassured myself of this. John Hearsey
At my 50 mile mark I did not see a bad sidewalk joint (new rider over confidence...) which grabbed my wheel and down I went, face first. It happened so fast it was over before I knew what happened. I had full gear on but I was wearing a bike helmet, so I got a bloody split lip and banged up nose. I was very lucky on the teeth... Now I always wear a full face helmet and I am so used to it I don't even notice it any more as it is light, comfortable and has good air flow. It is a Fox Proframe. Girth Brooks
@John Hearsey I'm going to purchase a Fox Proframe once it warms back up for my warm weather helmet. Everyone gives them great reviews.

Also, I have a large head and with its different size inserts it is is easy to adjust the fit. I think you will like it a lot!
Adam.
After reading on the forum and r/electricskateboarding, I have encountered enough "don't be me, wear a full face helmet" posts that I decided on the matte black Bell Sanction. It should arrive tomorrow. I'll post an update on this thread about how it fits
