KS-18S loose piece

My brand new < 1 month old Ks-18S has been great. Yesterday, I propped it against a wall and it fell over with a thud. Didn't think too much of it but now it sounds like there's a loose screw inside. I've opened it up but it doesn't seem to be in the main compartment, but rather in front of it. Here is a video of the sound: https://photos.app.goo.gl/5UfvSPGF6cBDEZ5b7

 

Any ideas how I might get to the sound? The euc still rides fine and everything seems to work but I can't deal with that sound.
