minipro squeaking issue?

hi,

i replaced my segway minipro's wheels and fenders with the hybrid wheels and fenders from more4mini.

 

i started noticing this squeaking problem when i turn as depicted in video: https://imgur.com/a/URuYP8y

 

ideas as to cause and fix? it doesn't happen when i turn the unit without being on it (as in, when i turn it with the trolley handle)

I can only say that mine squeaked when I didn't think to check the tyre pressure and they were seriously lacking air.
