How to fix bent rim?

I had a little accident the other day and didnt expect to have this bent rim. How do I fix this? I have the inmotion v10.

I hesitate to tell you this because bending it back can break it. Some people have had good luck with a hammer and a block of wood. Take it slow and easy and take the time to support the back side while watching both sides. (let the air out first) Don't hit the wheel with the hammer . Hit the wood. Use the wood as a buffer between.
