Ks14d issues how to fix

Ks 14d is playing up.    It is shuddering and vibrating when switched on or shortly after it is switched on.    We live in Glasgow UK.     I don't really want to take it apart to investigate when I don't know what I am doing.     Any ideas of anywhere who could help us fix it?

Sounds very much like a slightly loose board. Especially when there's no other warning beeps or signs. There's not too much that can go wrong with a EUC.

Opening up the wheel and tightening some screws holding the board firmly in place or augmenting some tired bracing might be all that's needed. I'm sure there are Youtube videos on how to get to a KS14D/S board.

No idea who might do a check and repair for you unless you want to ship it to Germany (1radwerkstatt.de).
