Only ridden twice. Minimal scratches, but the top connector piece on one side of the case panel was knocked loose, and the padding on that side was torn in the front. It would cost about $100 to get a replacement set of matte black side panels from eWheels, shipping included. The total cost of the KS16S with smart charger would be no less than $1450, so if you decide to get the replacement side panels, you still save $200.
