Sekra
Hello everyone. I recently received a 16s 60V battery I purchased from AliExpress. When I received it and plugged it in, it didn’t work. I started testing the voltages, and the battery is only outputting 36.3V. I opened up the battery to see if all wires were connected as they should, which they were. If I measure the voltage from where the cables are soldered onto the bms-board it shows me 36.3V, however if I measure from where the positive cable is soldered on and take the negative from another place labeled “B-“ it shows 67,5V. Very strange. Another strange this is that when I plug the charger in, it all shows 67.5V as it should, regardless from which negative area I measure. Please see the pictures. Is there anyone who could help me with this issue? I would be very grateful. Thanks in advance, Sebastian Edit: hmm seems like I can’t upload pictures, they are too big.. Please use Photo Services like imgur or any other with links....instead of Posting photos in the Forum itself! It is a part of the Forum rules, as we cant provide Memory space... For your Problem: Looks like the BMS has a defect, as the battery itself (2. measuring that is not running through the BMS) has the correct power. No clue how to repair that…..
