Do I need to tear apart the entire wheel with the disassembly video to be able to do this? Seems like there has to be an easier way. Or that could just be wishful thinking..... I can't find the video now, but it was a pretty simple process (in comparison to the complete tear-down of the wheel). Maybe later, or some other members will help. Circuitmage Posted September 13, 2018 Share Posted September 13, 2018 I may need to do this for my 16S as well, so I found this information; Per comment under video; "For those to want just change the tire: simply detach the side shells, disconnect the motor, unscrew the 12 big screws (6 per side), slide out the motor with the pedals and change the tire like in KS-16 or KS-14." This video shows complete disassembly, so for tire you do NOT need to take the whole thing apart...just the shells, disconnect motor and 12 big screws. I have not done it yet, but hope this helps.
