The only dealer in the U.K. for these that I know of and would trust is Speedyfeet: https://www.speedyfeet.co.uk/collections/blumil-wheel-chair so you might want to contact Ian at Speedyfeet and discuss. Indeed I believe Ian helped develop it? I stand to be corrected, but I am not aware of anyone on this forum having one although below @Rehab1 did discuss them and he is a doctor. I don’t know if he took it any further though? A few posts above rehabs reply is a video review of the blumil by Ian as well. Final point to mention. You may, or may not be, aware that self balancing devices are effectively illegal in the U.K. This is not aggressively policed but I am aware of 3 people that have been prosecuted for driving without insurance, fined in the region of £600 and 6 penalty points on their licence; two for riding Electric Unicycles and one for riding a Segway. Assuming you do want one of these for your mobility they open up an interestingly grey area on legality: are they a form of mobility scooter and thus legal (but only if you have mobility issues) or are they seen as an uninsured electric vehicle? Definitely something to discuss with Speedyfeet IMHO.

I appreciate the kind upgrade of my credentials but I’m just an absent minded pediatic rehab specialist. ?
