I have an iPhone 7 with iOS 11.4 and when I click on Get the download doesn’t start but the button return to the Get word. Anyone with the same issue? Remote diagnostics of iPhone confirmed the problem and support is also not downloaded. The application is probably corrupt. The support engineer will contact the application developer to solve the problem.
