My 2015 model didn't have a QR code on the bottom of the pedal, but my newer S1 has QR codes for both android and apple phones. Also check the box if you have it. steve454 Posted June 10, 2018 Share Posted June 10, 2018 I just searched ninebot on my android phone and it came up as Segway-Ninebot as the first choice. The picture was a black square with a white line representation of a person with arms pointing backwards. It said more than 100,000 downloads.
