Jason McNeil Posted August 26, 2015 Posted August 26, 2015 Besides the additional 2kgs of the weight of the motor, there are some other differences between physical distinctions between the two Wheel. The 800W's control-board is black, while the 500W is blue500W motor had a serial number next the valve, 800W did not500W has less resistance to spin (cogging) than the 800W800W has a much louder whine when powered onThen of course there's the power difference between the two, this is really what it's all about, the 800W feels much more powerful
Jebarus Posted October 11, 2015 Posted October 11, 2015 Hi,Sorry to bump an old thread. Anybody has a picture of the serial number? See picture attached. My KS-14C order and manual says that my wheel is a 500W, but the box says 800W. I want to do a review, but I'd like to say which wheel I am reviewing.
