The light is firmly held in place, but it's not tight. The combination of the foam and stretchy Velcro straps leaves plenty of flex in the Flexmeters. Sorry...no insta360 or GoPro on a selfie stick, just my Phone in my hand. Since I always have music playing, I unfortunately had to delete the soundtrack, after which I immediately got a message from YT because of copyright infringement. WTF...the music while driving was so unclear...even that is not allowed to upload? As you can see, I don't have a plan from YT. The quality is after the upload still 5x worse than the original.
