I'm staying geared up. Thanks, it can happen even to the best riders. Do you know what wheel he was riding? I used to exceed 30mph quite often, been there, done that. These days, I ride slower with much more caution. 1

The "fun" part is the reason that I don't ride in the snow 😉👍 You are missing out! Snow like this is rare over here in London, Few years ago we had something similar, I had the KS18a at the time, riding through untouched snow was doable, provided you didn't corner heavily. Going over snow that already had trail marks was a different story, Very icy. Edited January 10, 2019 by ED209

In fact, in DC we got snow and ice today. I have had all kinds of fun in the snow in my lifetime. so, I'm not missing out. I am, opting out without ruling out 👍. Maybe we all slow down after awhile. After we get wiser and begin to see the bigger picture of how dangerous these can be. Another local rider who has always been into speed as been talking about dialing it back and staying in the lower 20's.

ED209
@Marty Backe, @Rehab1& @Esper, I finally got the chance to ride the Mten3, I see what you mean, at 1st the tyre wants to go all over the place, I had it under control though, within seconds, I was doing 360s and going backwards. All I can say is, I am getting one for sure, I need it! Edited January 10, 2019 by ED209

They aren't exactly common. It really is a fun wheel. In the UK, there aren't any shops that have wheels on display, so my friend @Siggy and I managed to head down to Paris using the Eurostar train service, There are only a few EUC shops in Paris that offer a large selection of EUC wheels and E scooters like the Dualtrons for you to try. We visited Urban 360 & Gyroroue Shop in France. I felt like a kid again in a sweetshop, honestly. The members of staff were so helpful and kind. I was lucky enough to try out a number of wheels which were: 14inch dual motor IPS S5 - I had never seen before, very smooth and powerful wheel, instant torque, the smoothest transition when doing pendulums! Kingsong 14D & 14S - Very well made, smooth power, ride etc. The Mten3 512wh and MCM5 800wh We lost count on the number of EUC's we spotted in Paris as well as Lime & Bird E scooters everywhere, they were polite and greeted us! We came across so many Fellow EUC riders such as Martial who rides the Tesla and Dennis, the way this guy rides Z10 changed my perception of the wheel. The city is made for Electric transportation and the cycle lanes are well laid out, you are seperated from other road users. Paris puts the UK to shame and I really hope they make a change in the law and allow us the freedom to make use of these incredible devices. I highly recommend anyone one in the UK or surrounding EU countries to visit the Gyroroue shop in France, I cannot stress enough how excellent Vincent and TBX Nicolas were very helpful, these guys know their stuff. P.s by the way, they mentioned you @Marty Backe, you are a celebrity! Edited January 10, 2019 by ED209

Best not to attend someone's funeral after riding the Mten3. Grieving guests might wonder why your smiling during the service. Even though it’s cold outside I need to get out and ride my Mten3 so I can restore my smile.

This bought back a picture posted a while back this summer or spring. But I guess the occasion was a wedding and a guy got told off by the wife. I don't recall if it was you on the picture. But to me that is among the top 3 pictures every seen posted.

Mike Sacristan
Haha I did some clumsy attempts at riding it in the living room. It's a bit big for such a small space though and it is harder to steer compared to my Ninebot One E+ so this is going to take a bit of getting used to. So i'm heading out now. YOLO!

Ohh so is that piece of paper a test life insurance for one week? 😉 So with that cold weather you have too, it gives you plenty of time to slow charge the wheel. 😊 Almost always a bright side to things. As an silly example, when I crash landed on my buttocks and lower back.. For a brief moment I thought that didn't go as bad as expected when I was in mid air before impact... As I got up good god I didn't have higher pedals 😉 after 4 hours of waiting in EA waiting for a doctor to excess my xrays.... Alteast a few of the nurses are nice... And being in Sweden good looking too.. Not able to move or turn at all... Silly thoughts. Careful with the indoor riding in confined spaces or lag of space 🤕😉. So when do you expect weather to clear for a proper first ride? Ohh I forgot. I used a @Hunka Hunka Burning Love hit word: NURSES Edited January 10, 2019 by Unventor
