  3. (My first post!) Hello all I own an IPS i5 and love the little thing. QUESTION: What could cause the EUC to.... Power & stay on (auto shuts down after a couple minutes of non use) Display tail & headlight (can freely turn headlight on & off via tilt) Alert when on the ground horizontal Freely rotates by hand without wobble Charges as normal but the wheel doesn't spin ...nor by extension self balance CONTEXT: Used(purchased/shipped by plan from Singapore) Owned for 4 months Current issue has lasted for 6 days The wheel was running fine as I only use it twice a week to get around campus. I rode it to the library fine and when I left I turned the wheel on but it wouldn't self balance nor spin. Hence this post I've tried removing all screws and opening the wheel but the case will not lift away from the body. It's almost like someone glued it in place. I've sprayed lubricant on the axel which help a little? but still can fully remove it. Below is video of how it should pop right off after unscrewing ....again, after opening it I still have to figure out why the wheel won't spin. Thanks for any help
  4. I recently got a little mud on my s18, hosed it off, and now it’s not working. When I turn it on, the app displays a motor error along with a hall sensor error. The wheel doesn’t balance when I begin moving it and occasionally makes jerky corrections. I dried it out for a few days (which worked last time the wheel got a bit water logged), checked the control board, and opened the hall sensor cable cover. No visible signs of any issues. I even tried unplugging the control board and clearing the capacitors by pressing the power button. Any ideas on other things I should try? Images of the control board and app are here https://www.dropbox.com/sh/nsrk56xo4z7z97s/AAAeM-2TPPi3fowz-_22gIMya?dl=0
  5. Hi, i’m new to This forum but no stranger to EUC’s. I recently got myself a orbwheel x2 and i’m gonna need a stronger battery. Does anybody have a good website that sells a stronger EUC battery? I need as much help as possible.
  6. Have anyone changed motor on Inmotion V11 ? Im forced to do it and Im not happy. In fact Im angry. My V11 sounds like shit, the bearings are producing too much friction. I took the wheel for a ride in the rain, since that day the sound is terrible. I love my V11 I use it for commuting on a daily basis, Im clumsy and not technical. I really believev Inmotion should take back bad wheels and give us new ones. This bloody project is gonna take me at least 12 hours Im told. As always Marty is very helpfull, there is a youtube video on how to do this. Also Inmotion have one and mr Wrongway have a video of how not to do it. This makes me bloody nervous and a litytle angry too. Bad bearing does that really mean I should work for inmotion for free in like 12 hours or so, or I should send my wheel back and not have a wheel for 6 weeks. Also the project is dangerous as seen here by Marty: Inmotion do the decent thing . The first batches had many errors send me a new wheel and stop this nonsense. Do the decent thing. Dont leave dangerous and difficult repairs to me .. bloody well do it yourself. PS: I dont need Negativity from simple minded keyboard warriors, I need help from clever tech people. Here wrongway demonstrates dissolved metal making a fix bloody impossible: Its not good enough - Inmotion this is bollocks.
  7. Hi All, Sorry if this addressed somewhere else. I just started with EUC about a month ago and am obsessed. I upgraded from the KS14d to the MSX and was loving the transition. 2 weeks in some dude on a bike hardcore takes me out and sends my new MSX tumbling end over end. I was able to ride it home but now the body isn't lining up (concerned about moisture and debris getting in there), does anyone know where I can get this fixed in NYC? Eager to get back out on the road and hoping to resolve this ASAP without needing to buy another one. Total newbie in this world, so any help is greatly appreciated. Best, Jordan
  8. Hey all, nabbed a Z10 back in October and have been happily shortcutting urban transportation since. I recently checked the app and realized I've put 1000 miles on the wheel! I thought I'd ask if there is anything I should think about tuning up or checking out after this much mileage. The wheel is working great, and I'd love to make sure it stays that way. Any tips or advice?
