I have two puzzling issues. Can anyone help? I have ridden 650 miles on my Ninebot Elite with 620w battery, bought from Ninebot in China in 2015.
1) Although I have the latest update uploaded on my iPhone for the Segway-Ninebot app, as soon as I switch the machine on and open the app, it comes up on the iPhone screen saying ‘New version found’, inviting me to update. But there is no new version of the app to update!
2) When I get down to about 3 bars, the machine starts to shake, beep and show error code 37. I have tried disconnecting the battery and then charging it again, but that does not solve the problem.
Can anyone help me, please?
