  1. Actually I first rode about 8km from my place to the train station, and 56km is from the train's destination back to my place. I'm a bit over 100kg so no way I did that on a single charge. Yes it is a 680Wh. We stopped after about 21km for lunch in a place we knew we could charge our batteries, and I used a 5A charger, so by the time it took us to eat, my wheel was fully charged. I rode a lot of the remaining way at the limit before the 3 beeps which is 23km/h according to Gotway App, which means about 20Km/h IRL. I'll try to make a video soon, it was one of the best rides I've had in the area.
  2. A 56 km ride with friends, near Paris.
  3. When riding in large groups for several hours, it can be quite a challenge to recharge many wheels

    THE VIDEO THREAD!

Nice ! One can't compete with a feiyu stabilized image... I had to send mine (a GW) back to Amazon just the day before, because the Xiaomi Yi won't fit in its cradle And then, I mostly used my Samsung S6 for my video.
  5. Last sunday, a wheeler meeting gathered a bit over 100 wheelers in the southern suburbs of Paris, France for a 20 km ride. The most intrepid met in Paris to ride the 35 km until the meeting point. A video is available in this post:

    THE VIDEO THREAD!

Here is last sunday wheeler meet up in Paris. First part with about 15 wheelers for a 35km ride, with lunch right in the middle, and then we joined a larger gathering for 20 more kms. We hoped to reach 200 wheelers, but failed, partly due to the football match between France and Ireland Still, a bit more than 100 people showed up, which was pretty nice (HD available) :
  7. After the East, the West of France with pictures from and near Nantes: Actually, just a couple seconds after the picture above, here is what happened to one of my friends, and it was caught on video (thank god !)
  8. Haha, thanks. And thanks for starting this thread, it's a brilliant idea. Here are a few pictures from or near Besançon, in the East of France:
  9. It didn't take long to be able to ride straight, may be one hour. But I needed a couple of days to be able to start without holding on to anything, and a couple of days to be able to turn within a reasonable radius. But I saw a friend master all that under less than 30 minutes
  10. Here are a few pictures from various rides in Paris and the suburbs: A huge gathering in Fontainebleau: A ride in the western suburbs of Paris Riding with friends in Vallée de la Bièvre Horses are not frightened by our silent engines Steep... Along the Seine: In the Louvres: Place des Vosges: Huge Christmas 2015 gathering:
  11. One French reseller in paris is trying the 1.20 release with no issue but advised his customers to not upgrade for now if they have no trouble with their wheels. Wisely consider that "If it ain't broke, don't fix it"

  14. Hi, I'm a bit curious as to why you no longer have your MCM4 HS 680WH. Can you tell me more?

Hi, I bought it with a friend, we split the price. He is the one using it, and I prefer using the KS 14C, because I'm heavy and MCM4 HS has a tendency to make "waves" when slowing down hard.

So technically I still have it but don't use it. My friend who is much lighter likes it.
