  1. Oroväckande utveckling i Danmark... Danmark förbjuder enhjulingar
  3. Hallå i vinterkylan!
  4. Also in Sweden, the police doesn’t know what to do, they look and you just go by (so far) just make sure you ride responsible and not like an idiot. Worst case scenario would be someone hoping off a Z10 (24 kilo) that continues and rams some innocent little kid that is out walking. Once this happens the regulations will be fast to kick in. So please ride with good margins and if your new, use the belt trick to keep you vehicle under control even when out of control.
  5. So here’s an update, got shuffled around a bit when contacting Segway/Ninebot but finally got a hold of Martjin from Netherlands who gave me some good answers. Like always since they don’t sell them in Europe and this is an import from China they couldn’t help me with a battery swap. He recommended me to send it back and wait for them to be on sale in Europe later on this year and then have the possibility to use the warranty and get a “good battery”. = Most likely the machines will be banned before I get a hold of one… So I was thinking this back and forth but when looking
  6. Since there are a lot of threads regarding this subject, I'll just cross link to another one from here.
  7. I'm going to contact Ninebot and see if they are willing to swap my battery for a new one. Since I can't ride the wheel for some time cause of winter it's really no biggie at the moment. Rather be safe than sorry. But if the Ninebot gang decides that they don't care I'm going to try the "jump start" method, since it's otherwise a totaly usless 20k investment. I'll keep this thread updated with more info as this case unfolds.
  8. I've got an Inmotion V8 charger, 84v and and IP T680+ charger ~67,2V/2A... Maybe I could hijack the IPS charger, just slicing the cables and connecting them to the XT60s and give them a little juice? Or is to high voltage worse then a little to low at this moment?
  9. Yeah, you feel just like I do. I’m thinking car battery die, you just jump start it. I have a few 12v chargers laying around, could try one of those out I guess and see if I can just get enough juice to make the charger start. You see any problems with this? I’ve got these old voltage readers, which do work when plugging them in the power outlet from the wall, and according to their scale they go down to 6v… They show absolutely nothing when I try them at the two batteries. Also afraid the battery might actually be dropping some cells here and not working like it should. Totally agree wit
  10. I've got the exact same problem. Bought from Gearbest, but to above solution hasn't fixed it for me. The charger just keeps a solid green light going... Any more suggestions?
  11. So since I'm in Sweden I have no other choice but to buy from these "scumsites". I've got the Z10 from Gearbest, took approximatly 40 days, shipment was from China like everything else these days. The only upside is that I will with 99% likeliness not find any one else going around on one here. Anyways, the battery deep sleep problem seems to be an issue with my wheel also. I've tried all the above and more, but nothing gets the charger light to blink red. It's just a solid green all the time. Also the two LED-indicators on the actual battery are blinking red once every second or so. This
  14. Agree to disagree. I still consider InMotions customer service as lousy, especially in my case. Since then they have made the information about app not working worldwide much more available, and if you buy one today you should have accounted for that. Otherwise, of course I want to buy cheap, who doesn’t?
