  1. I've gone ahead and sent you a link to download the raw footage of your performance. The color profile is pretty flat so you might want to bump the saturation a bit. Have fun with it!
  2. Hey everyone, thought you might enjoy our mixed PEV group ride in the bay this past weekend.
  3. I unbox the new GotWay jacket and speedometer, as well as my new Ruroc Atlas helmet. I also fix the Monster axle nut, and swap the Nikola tire and tube.
  4. Three years ago during a group ride some old ladies were shocked to see us riding and one of them called us "aliens". And that's how my channel name/username was invented.
  5. I had a ton of fun at the first LA EUC Games! Thanks to Rama, the sponsors, the volunteers and the competitors for making this event happen. Hopefully next year my wheel works and I bring a backup, in the meantime feel free to enjoy my recap of the event here:
  6. Ah, just saw your reply in the other thread. I have a dead one available still if you still need one
  7. I saw these pads, loved the look, and bugged @redfoxdude to sell me a pair. Of course I made a little video riding with them:
  8. I team up with a buddy and we talk about some basic EUC tricks including going down stairs and curb hopping. Let me know what you think and if there's other tricks we should cover in the future.
  9. I definitely realize how lucky we are after chatting with riders in the UK. Trying my best to promote these vehicles to an international audience, and hopefully some day we can have EUCs and PEVs fully legalized everywhere.
  10. Music video from our last group ride with some awesome shots of EUC riders.
  11. Generally the dealer or seller you purchased it from should be able to supply you with a new one. Where did you buy it from?
  12. Not sure if you're still taking votes, but I have to throw this one by @Wraith Rider in the mix: Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TCc1Yq9VYm0
  13. Build quality is amazing, maybe the highest quality scooter I've ever ridden. The locking mechanism felt super secure to me and was easy to operate, I'm not sure how it holds up over time. There was also zero play in the handlebars. I think the Weped GT is super stable at speed, but has a lower top-end than the Dualtron Thunder. It's definitely a high quality scooter and I hope it does well, because I'd love to see more Weped scooters imported.
  14. Made a little dedicated Weped GT50 review video. I gotta say, Weped is definitely good at delivering a quality product. Both EUC and scooter manufacturers could learn from them.
  15. So much depends on speed and elevation that it’s hard to say. I would venture 70-80 miles no problem for you though riding conservatively on fairly tame conditions. That’s such a beast of a wheel and I think you would have plenty of range. (I’ve never tested myself, just guessing based on my experience with other wheels)
