  1. I decided to stud my pedals over the weekend with "Funn Steel Pedal Pins Studs" from Amazon. Wow, What a difference!! I was using Viscous Brand Grip Tape before the change and boy do I feel locked in now. That coupled with the right shoes, (Leatt 3.0 DBX Flat pedal shoes) and there is absolutely ZERO worries my feet will be sliding around. I just wish I would have done it sooner.
  2. But you have to ask the RIGHT question.
  3. True. I've adapted by holding at arms length or in front of me for tight spaces. I just find it funny that for some it's a total deal breaker if they can't close them all the way.
  4. Why is everyone obsessed with having the pedals close all the way?? Besides letting the wheel rest flat on it's side, is it really that bad that they don't fold up while trolleying?? They can even be used as a shelf to place things on while doing so. My jump pads don't allow for the pedals to fold up all the way but that never has bothered me nor does it prevent me from putting in the trunk of my car.
  5. The only reason I do not ride my S18 on the road as often is because I do not feel safe only being able to do 28mph with traffic. When I do ride public roads, it is mostly backroads with little to no traffic at all. Hopefully the S20 doesn't disappoint.
  6. Well, in lieu of riding my S18 (currently out of commission due to a mosfet failure) I've been editing some past performances I've played with my old time musician buddies. We are by no means "Pro" players but we do have a decent sound and have lots of fun playing for an audience. All original songs. Although the style of music might not be for everyone, it would be nice to hear which songs people like the most. You can comment here or on YouTube. Enjoy! YouTube Channel
  7. Funny how I get way too often the "oh that looks like fun but I'm too old for that" remark. I always reply with "you'd be surprised how many riders are in their 50's or 60's!"
  8. If you don't mind it NOT being a 360 cam, get a Gopro Hero5 Session. They are the perfect size to mount on a wheel. I don't recommend a 360 to mount on the wheel as if in the case you do crash or drop your wheel, say good by to the lenses. I you want to see what 360 footage could look like when mounted on the wheel, check out a few of my vids on YT. Link below in sig.

    THE VIDEO THREAD!

Dude, that was fantastic! Did you write that yourself? This is pure EUC Gold! This will be the video I will be sharing with people who don't understand why we ride or simply curious and want to know more behind our infatuation with these wonderful machines. Bravo!!

    THE VIDEO THREAD!

Holy Cow! Has this 4k Skydio video been rendering since spring!! Man I miss it being green here in California. Nice views and ya, those Poppies are quite something in person. I got to find some creative ways to incorporate drone footage in my videos. I have an old Mavic Air so it makes it very limited to what I can do by myself. Funny how at the end of the video you bothered to stop and extend your handle only to take two steps and just toss your wheel on the ground.
  11. Thanks, it is loads of fun but a heck of a workout! 30 mins of that gets me sweating pretty good. I had to stop wearing the chest/back protector for this stuff because I was just getting drenched in sweat. Being it's still summer here doesn't help either. A friend of mine mentioned the end was the best part of the video......and I almost did not include it as I felt it would be a little embarrassing. Thanks for watching.
  12.
