  1. Yep, you need a 3.00x12 if you're going for a motorsports tire.
  2. I use an Ogio Mach 5 and crashed it on my Ninebot. It still gets scarred up pretty easy, lol. Great backpack though. Originally bought it for my motorcycles and it has done wonders for the past few years on them. Has been pretty great on the EUC too. Can't recommend them enough. I have been seriously looking at the Boblebee packs though. It looks like they can add some serious protection, and the storage capacity is pretty substantial. Looking at the construction though, I'm not sure I'd want to wear it on a ride (EUC or motorcycle) without a back protector (like you add to a motorcycle j
  3. I second the vote for Wheegles!!! In all seriousness, monowheel is already taken (one wheeled motorcycle where the rider sits inside the wheel), so that's out for me. I do call it an EUC ,pronounced EE-YOU-SEE, though I have heard a couple people around me pronounce it YOOK (which I kinda like, and will probably call it that for a while... so sue me). EWheel lends itself to being easy to understand I feel, so my vote is there. But Wheegle would definitely be that close second.
  4. It's common language. We say dogs were run over/hit by a car, why not people? It's obviously significantly more common to be hit by a a car... BEING DRIVEN BY A PERSON than otherwise, but we still say hit my a car. And while we don't say "he was shot by a gun", we DO say "he was shot" or "he suffered a gunshot wound". Semantics, man. Just let it go...
  5. Nowhere in these articles does it say anything about autonomous vehicles... soo.... where are you getting this from? Did you even read the articles? In the one you link it even says the driver of the vehicle stayed on the scene. Shame about the rider though. Be careful out there people!
  6. You forget (or maybe you've never heard of) the awesomeness that is the Monowheel! Google McLean V8 Monocycle, thing is pretty badass. Monowheels have been around for a good little while now, though they're more of an oddity than anything.
  7. I've actually seen a few videos on YT with people playing polo on EUCs. Looks hella fun!
  8. In the automotive/motorcycle industry we call that the carcass of the tire. And yeah, it makes the tire significantly stiffer than a bicycle-like tire that we are used to coming stock on an euc.
  9. I've got 13ish bikes at the moment (ish as there are a few in various stages of disassembly). 2020 Husqvarna Svartpilen 701, 2007 Yamaha TT-R90E (little pitbike, hehe), 2005 Kawasaki Ninja 250, 2003 Ducati Monster 620, 2001 Cagiva Gran Canyon, 2001 KTM Duke II 640, 1995 Ducati 900SS, 1995 Ducati 916, 1994 Ducati 888 SPO LTD (retirement fund bike), 1993 Ducati 888 SPO, 1971 Honda CL100, and 2 Circa~1968 Benelli 110cc pocket bikes (they look like the Dynamo, but I'm not sure if they are or not). I'll see about posting pics at some point. New phone, and most of my bikes are in a storage unit
  10. Hey guys. Looks like Kenda actually has a few of these in one of their midwest US warehouses. If you have a motorcycle dealership near you that deals in Kenda, they should be able to get it in for you.
  11. Random info for you guys looking for the K262 in the 2.75-14. It seems Kenda has them in stock in one of their warehouses in the US. If yall have a motorcycle dealership nearby that deals in Kenda, they should be able to special order it for you. If not, let me know.
  12. Personally, I'm a fan of better ankle protection. Those do look good though, and I can imagine they grip nicely. Honestly, I never even thought of MTB shoes and now I feel like an idiot for it slipping my mind, lol. I'm using the Alpinestars Faster 3 Rideknit and the Sidi Duna motorcycle shoes. Good flex, great feel, and nifty ankle protection. Both are sub $200 msrp (and I work for a motorcycle dealership, so employee discount, yay!).
  13. I'm a motorcycle guy. Torque for life.
