  1. Kevin, if you're still on this forum -- and you're willing to open-source the app, please do! The official iamips app doesn't download anymore...and I'd love to take a crack at updating yours!
  2. Probably around 20 kph average? Longer stretches of 25, shorter stretches of 10-15.
  3. Weight: 100 kg (me) + 15 kg (wheel) Model: IPS T350+ (121+) Motor: 1000 W Battery: 350 Wh Official range: 35 km Actual range: at least 25 km I recently unlocked the 30 km/h mode on this wheel and riding faster seems to drain the battery somewhat faster but not crazy fast. Headwinds hurt, and they also reduce the speed I can get before tiltback. IPS claims the wheel can do 30% inclines...it definitely can, but it sure can't do them for very long! Battery voltage drops quite significantly -- but I am a big dude, as they say! Gentler inclines are no problem though.
  4. I had an interesting experience yesterday and I'm hoping someone can help me make sense of it. My IPS 121+ went out with me for my first serious uphill ride and I collected some numbers I can't quite explain. My wheel has a nominal 350 Wh (Watt hour) energy capacity. I'm a pretty big guy (~100kg) and I went up a 75 meter (vertical) hill at a pretty slow pace, maybe around 6-8 km/h, total road distance about 1.5 km; parts of the hill are pretty steep. Initial battery state as reported by the IPS app was around 70%. By the time I got to the top of the hill, the app was reporting 35%. A
  5. Hah, I have the opposite problem -- when my feet hurt, it's a reminder to scoot them back a bit on the pedals!
  6. I believe I have the T350+ version...at least that's what the app I linked to reports, and it does connect over bluetooth. (See attached image.) Maybe they've changed the bluetooth connection or something since September? Would be strange though. The app is the same one that iamips.com links to via tmall: http://world.tmall.com/item/40255424416.htm?spm=a1z10.1-b.w5001-10931597745.6.s2UmrB&id=40255424416&rn=92bc3330074567bf643db35790fd0ffe&abbucket=17&scene=taobao_shop (scroll down a bunch) -- so I think that app is legit? Maybe they just changed the protocol. An
  7. Hmm. I recently got a T350+ and there's an app for it, but it's not the same as the XIMA app (which I also tried, and doesn't seem to work) -- and also the member-produced app doesn't work either. This seems to be the app I got: https://itunes.apple.com/bj/app/iamips/id1043856227?mt=8 Anyone know why the mismatch? Did they change up the T350+ recently? Or did I get some weird counterfeit version? (This was from the seller on Amazon.)
