Our minipro had several cut-outs. during normal drive on the pavement, the balancing stopped. Good acrobatic skills saved my children from injuries. It looks like carry-it mode is activated. Factory reset did not work. During Up side down calibration only one ledbar is green, the other remains off. Don’t know if this is an indication of a mailfunction. It’s only one month after the warranty expired :-( Nevertheless I will send it to Segway for investigation.
