  1. You are giving up way too easily! It is supposed to be hard and painful at first. If it wasn't then it wouldn't be as rewarding and addictive as it is. It takes most people a week or two before they can really ride, people that claim it only took them one day are extremely rare (and often dishonest). Just spend 30-60 minutes a day practicing the basics: getting on and off, and supporting yourself while moving along with a wall or fence. Make little tiny baby steps and it will get easier and easier everyday. Then one day it will "click" and you'll instantly be addicted and sudden

  3. Please learn about how traffic works in these places. Read some of the other posts about this. I myself have been to Manila in the Philippines and it's complete chaos. Asking someone to stop in the middle of the road because they see an old lady crossing in the distance is completely absurd in that context. If you had to do that you'd be stopping every 50 metres causing an accident every time. Like others have said, when you cross the road in these places you simply walk onto the road and hope the traffic blends around you. Or you do some frogger style moves as you progress. I was in my first 5 mins of riding and went arse over tit at about 10mph and wiped out with zero pain thanks to my biker jacket helmet and knee pads on landing I knew just what body parts were saved by the gear. shoulder knees elbow and hands all saved by Skate and MC gear. just saying

  5. This is the Michelin City Pro tire. I bought it after i ran a flat for the 2nd time, might as well try something new. Wow! what a facelift What i noticed right away was that the rubber and sidewalls where much stiffer, this makes it possible for me to ride with even lower PSI and get the same dampening, while keeping the same control as with the stock tire. So by default, i use around 30/35 psi, now i could get away with just 20 psi. 1st thought from the first few meters of rolling, "damn this is smooth" Almost no sound from the tire at all, and it felt planted solid to the g

Instead of selling it on impulse & taking a hit on resale, perhaps an alternative maybe to purchase (new or used) a 2nd beginner friendly wheel to learn & get some confidence building riding time on. In IMO the V5/8 Inmotion's are arguably 2 of the most newb friendly wheels. Or if you're adventurous, the GW Mten3. Besides weighing next to nothing, it has the lowest pedal (&hence mounting/dismounting) height.

  7. The firefighter’s report came out, and it says it was likely a short circuit from the wiring, no mention of the EUCs. I went to take some pictures and found both chargers in another room so they were definitely not forgotten overcharging (don’t know if it would even happen). Anyways the EUC fire theory is now gone out the window, technically I’m owed a lot of money for damages but he doesn’t have insurance and is already in debt 😭 I found a new house and now I’m looking into buying a new EUC, thanks for the advice!

  9. @Seba I also agree with all previous posters that this nonsense request to have FW display removed should be ignored. After all, users' preoccupation with FW version started because there were serious pedal dipping issues (= safety concerns) with the first batches that were corrected via FW...

  10. Dont stop displaying firmware!. Veteran know they have a second rate system of updating via a chip. The only reason people ask for the update is the early Shermans have horrendous pedal dip that makes them just about unrideable in soft and medium mode. If they were bluetooth updateable we wouldnt have this conversation.Hiding the firmware to solve a known problem is so stupid. They should be sending an update chip to every owner without having to be asked!

  11. Ah the horror of learning to ride on a brand new expensive wheel. You either need to tell yourself that you WILL learn this, or just quit. NONE of the euc's are going to be simple to learn. They are ALL foreign to you. Maybe the heavier and suspended wheels are tougher, but with absolutely no point of reference, this detail means not a damn thing to you. You need to suck it up and keep trying with confidence you will learn it. You knock the new off it and realize its now something to use, not sell or idolize. Realize that its not as easy as everyone pretend it to be, but keep trying as you won

  17. And on the subject of FW versions, mine has 4.31 (1.0.55?), I received it in early November, and I don't want to know what the pedal dip was like on the initial FWs because I already find it pretty unnerving on my FW...why on earth do the pedals dip forward when turning, bringing them even closer to the ground? Sigh...

  22. I’m interested in knowing what firmware revisions are out there at the moment for the Sherman. Mine arrived to me in late October 2020 with FW 1053, and I’ve just received the 1055 update chip. I have seen others here have 1056, which apparently addresses pedal dip on turns. I realise that there’s no release notes or change logs with this so it is mainly what is noticeable to you. I’ll start: 1053 - my only experience with the Sherman so far. It is stable and rides well, except for an unsettling forward dip when I make a turn (especially at slower speeds)

However, I'm in Baltimore, so they pivoted and asked me to send it to to someone in Philly who does work for them. It's closer, and I'm sure cheaper to ship. When I realized that was an option, I asked if it could be repaired at AMP in DC (https://ampcollectivedc.com/) since that's even closer to me and I go to DC often. I've bought wheels from AMP, but they don't sell InMotion. EUCO and AMP worked it out and I'll be taking it there. The

Normally, we can see it via an app applicable for the particular wheel eg. mfgr's app, Euc World, Wheellog, Darkness Bot. There are also BT watches that can be paired to the relevant app/s that will display it on the watch itself. Hope that helps

Some carts have a place underneath which is very convenient for putting the wheel there but as i don't want to scratch it (yet) i prefer to lift it into the shopping cart. For small shops there's no problem as it runs on my hand as any other wheel 3. The V11 does really well in turning and manoevring in the city although

Eli Cheekin sanoin: "SOKKA IRTI" siis.. Toivotaan että oli hyvä ostos! Pyrin siihen että tuolla pärjäisin jonkun aikaa... Hinta oli 825€ jonka ymmärsin olevan jonkin verran edullinen (mitä noita hintoja oon tuossa vertaillut). Miksikö tilasin? Menin ihan tiloihin kun uudessa V2 mallissa on leveämpi 14" rengas, korkeammat mustat pedaalit ja kantoreikä läpi! Kuulostaa mun jutulta!

Veteran trying to hide firmware numbers is like China digging down their crashed high speed train so it can’t be investigated. The most childish and unproductive approach to a problem. Veteran: rather than copying the worse sides of Gotway, get on with the times and make a proper OTA updatable firmware like everyone else 😓 Makes me straight up angry.

  43. I think 80/100 is usually a motocross size, but 80/90 and 80/80 should find suitable street and crossover tires. The actual tire diameters vary quite a lot from model to model though, so if one 80/90-14 fits, another 80/90-14 could be not even close. But I wouldn’t even try a motorcycle street tire on an EUC. H-5102 excluded, all factory install EUC tires are crossovers, so they are designed for both street and dirt. A MC tire is designed for many times the weight and speed of an EUC rider so they’re always made of harder rubber. You might find yourself with a tire that has worse g
