Have they wisely given up riding these one wheeled death and injury traps, or have they just moved on to greener pastures and other less hazardous activities? Can we now talk freely about them behind their backs and air out their dirty laundry? Feel free to add names to the list of the lost but not forgotten... . Lest we forget our fellow EUC brethren and sisthren. Still alive and kicking! @nomad - spectacular Msuper crash survivor. Thought you were in it for the long haul, where did you go? @freetheoranges - dead ringer for "Sylar" from "Heroes," strange frequenter of the Discord chat and only the Discord chat, never quite understood your username meaning. Back after a faceplant! @Bryan Wells - Ninebot addict and former KS18 rider, provider of large footed pedal adapters for those in need, grew a handlebar mustache and vanished into thin air... I'm thinking UFO abduction! @Merrittous MonoWheel - Monster Merritt Mountain riding enthusiast, dared to ride in Vancouver, never to be seen again... @John Eucist - I swore I thought Eucist was your real last name until it dawned on me, felt stupid about that for a while, but then I came to my senses. I vaguely remember @Cloud saying some sort of goodbye, very much missed but I think his bursitis got the better of him? I wonder if @Rehab1 might know what happened to @Greg Spalding? @HEC is also much missed, hasn’t been here since March but stopped almost in mid sentence so a puzzling disappearance that one? Most of the others very suddenly stopped too? Pehaps the oil companies, or a certain very protective EUC manufacturer, are slowly bumping off any threats they see to their fading dominance ? there is obviously a conspiracy to be investigated here quick call The National Enquirer! Following my most awesome trip, unicycling in California, Western Australia and Singapore, I returned home to a backlog of chaos, and an election to run - well not quite run it, but I was involved enough to be frantically busy for the duration. I kept up with things enough to hear about the official announcement of the KS18L, and to be disappointed that the battery isn't larger... but then again, maybe if I wait... So thanks for thinking of me everyone, missing me @Hunka Hunka Burning Love and even spying on me @Keith! But yeah, since John foots the bills for the forums, it makes sense he's the administrator, of course should something happen then I guess the forums will run until IPS (not the wheel company but Invision Power Services) figures out no ones paying the bills anymore and shuts us down... dmethvin Posted November 10, 2017 Share Posted November 10, 2017 I still love coming around here and annoying people with low-quality posts, but I've been busy moving the past couple of months. So now I have an old house with stuff that needs to be fixed before we can sell, plus a new house with about a million chores to do like set up my work bench and office, fix all the stuff that's broken in the house, put in new shelving, install home automation system, etc. On the upside I met someone just down the street who wanted to learn the EUC so I loaned him my old generic 14 inch wheel. so now I only have two wheels, guess it's time to buy another one but I'll wait until spring when the weather is better and my wife isn't watching.
