Derek Kerton Posted August 19, 2019 Share Posted August 19, 2019 How do you reset or "hard reset" a V8 or Glide 3? Mine was "hung", completely unresponsive for any button presses, and the LED lights were glowing. I full charged it, but it stayed the same. I needed a reset, and the only way I found to do so was: Remove the cover on the battery (non suitcase handle side) fish out the battery connector, and UNPLUG THE BATTERY. Upon re-connecting the battery, your EUC will be "hard reset". To remove the battery, I used a You Tube Video for help. Search for the video titled: "How to Remove the Inmotion V8 Cover for Changing the Battery" by user "WheelingAround". Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
