You can sign up for the service as a trial member for 30 days and start ordering immediately. BTW, it is possible to be a Prime member and order from the US site even if one lives outside the US (I have done it for many years). Some items can be shipped outside the US, although this item can only be delivered to a US address, so you will need a contact, friend or mail forwarding company to assist you.
