TheLightSpeed
So, my NineBot mini pro decided to shut off and not turn on. I was riding through some grass, and all of a sudden the tire lost traction, spun, beeped and shut off. Id bailed on it before so I didn't think about it much. I went to jump back on it and realized it was off. I tried to turn it back on and it's unresponsive. Move tried power charging, holding the button, clicking twisting, turning, tapping.. nothing. Dead big time. I just got got it a few weeks ago. So I'm sure this is covered in warrantee. Anyone here have any ideas?
Groundcrew
You can try to remove the battery. Look if there is a green light on the battery case. Then install it again. If that is not working I woud go for the warranty!
TheLightSpeed
But removing the battery itself will void the warranty correct?
jojo33
Contact your seller or your national ninebot but i don't think remove battery void garanty now Last year yes everybody thought it's void garanty, local seller too, but since they sell batteries this condition change
TheLightSpeed
So for those of you that replied- IT DOES VOID THE WARRANTY! Unless.... you call them first. He took my serial number, email and address etc. then he sent me detailed instructions for removing the battery. They asked I charge it out of the Ninebot and then reinstalled it. Works great again!
