Hi, my 9bot mini got one brake light always on in red. What does it mean? How to stop it?

I feel the driving is fine but I haven't used it a lot before this happened.

Here in the pics when the light supposed to be off and with color mode set to only blue.

Thanks!

I would say - something wrong with the led strip. Cheap part to swap. Warranty should def. cover this.

It doesn't mean it's an error of some kind? Like out of balance or something?

Don't think so. Seems like the outer part of the strip is faulty. BTW, If there is anything wrong with the miniPro you should be able to see it in the app.

I had a faulty led in my 9b1 right out of the box (one led-lamp was red regardless of settings etc. ) and got replacement led-strips from the dealer.

Try to ride it normally and observe if there is anything out of the ordinary and pay attention to the app. But other than that - enjoy your new ride!

Check your battery information. It will show nothing. Version will be 0.0.0

Then check what firmware you are in. If it's v1.4, most likely the battery management system file got corrupted.

I'm also having the same problem and I can't do anything yet. My mini is stuck at 10kmh, and the red Led is always on.

I'm still on the original battery pack.
