Had to remove the lights and speakers, cut up through the waterproofing lip all the way to the top chamber where the horizontal control board is housed. Raised the board to almost touch the top plate, rearranged capacitors on the board to fit under the cover. After cutting and grinding sufficient clearance for the tyre, then had to set about remaking the waterproof lip on either half case so they sealed the electrics from the wheel when both halves of the shell came together. Mistagear Posted October 31, 2016 Share Posted October 31, 2016 Sorry, video is very amateurish. Note the dropped down casing from previous configuration, now 1200W. Much nicer to ride, height needs no handle attachment. Has turned out a sweet wheel to ride, even for an old guy with average skills.
