Wheel squeak and tossed

Well after finally getting my mini back from Segway repair the second time riding it developed a squeak at the wheel (attached video). It was heading back home with it i went into a turn came out and was going around 8mph and all of a sudden it felt like it wasn't balancing me. I didn't fall but hitting the ground running at 51 years old sure hurts the knees. Damn ouch!

Early August Segway replaced the main board and re-seated the battery because it lost all power.

Well this time its going back to Amazon for a replacement.

I'd definitely get a replacement at this point. That's just not acceptable.

Wow that's a loud squeak. It's kind of scary that you lost all power while riding, you put your faith in technology and hope it does not fail when you are using it. Glad you were able to step off and not hit the ground!

Last month I had à big squeak noise at wheel right

I follow ride : squeak à lot

Suddenly the hubcap fall

I replace it

Squeak again 

Hubcap falling again

I touch tire : It was deflated 

My weight pressure on thé rim with tire deflated and eject the hubcap

Now each time I ear squeak I verify tire and I press on thé hubcap 

For me mine squeak noise is a warning notification for said "your tire is deflating "

Good observation. Tires touching the wheel caps is a good sign of a low tire pressure..
